Having developed 20 high end luxury man caves myself, I know what a monumental task you took on. You clearly have an eye for detail. We both know you only get one shot at a first impression. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! From the moment we arrived it was truly sensory overload! The landscaping was beautiful, the welcome tent, staff, key fobs, decals, brochures and postcards were all very professional. The food, drinks and desserts were delicious. The real star, however, was YOU and YOUR vision, The Woodward Warehouse! From the incredible cars to the interior decor. Wall art, flags neon, traffic lights, and much, much more - all spot on. And that's before we even entered the clubhouse! Holy crap Batman! It just keeps getting better! From your game room, to your cigar room, to your lounge with big screen TVs, the conference room and even the awesome patio area outside, ALL of it is first class and outstanding! You should be very proud of what you've accomplished. We both know that it costs 95% more to go first class, and without great risks you can not have great rewards.
